Privacy

What I collect

When you run a check at api.eminyusifov.com/check/: your email address, the website address you enter, screenshots and text taken from that website by an automated browser, your IP address and basic request data (only to stop abuse), and the report itself.

If you buy something I see what Revolut shows me — usually a name, an amount and a date. I never see your card. Nothing else: no account, no password, no profile, no tracking across other sites.

Why, and on what basis

Email, site address, screenshots, report — to produce and deliver what you asked for. GDPR art. 6(1)(b), performance of a contract.
IP and request data — to keep the service from being abused. Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest.
Payment records — to keep the books Spanish law requires. Art. 6(1)(c), legal obligation.

I do not use your email for a newsletter. If I ever want to, I will ask first.

The AI part — read this one

Your screenshots and the extracted text are sent to Google Gemini for analysis and to generate the redesign concepts. I use the free tier of Google AI Studio. On that tier Google reserves the right to use submitted content to improve its products, including human review of samples. That is Google’s policy, not mine, and it cannot be switched off on a free plan.

So: do not run a check on a site holding confidential material, private client work, or anything behind a login you would not want a third party to see. This tool is built for public marketing sites. Google processes data outside the EEA, including the United States, under its own terms and transfer safeguards.

Where it lives, and for how long

Everything is stored on a server in Germany, rented from Hetzner Online GmbH.

Report, screenshots, extracted text — 12 months, then deleted.
Email address linked to a report — same as the report.
IP and abuse logs — 30 days.
Payment and invoice records — as long as Spanish tax law requires, 4 years for tax records and 6 for commercial ones.

About your report link

Your report lives at an address like api.eminyusifov.com/check/r/XXXXXXXX. There is no password — the link itself is the protection. It is long and random, and the page is marked noindex so search engines do not list it.

But anyone holding the link can open the report. Do not post it publicly. If a link leaks, email me and I will delete the report.

Analytics

Umami, self-hosted on my own server. No cookies, no personal data, no following you anywhere else. It tells me how many people opened a page. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Who else touches your data

Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Germany) · Google (Gemini, the analysis) · Revolut (payments). Nobody else. I do not sell data and I do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable file, restrict what I do with it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent where consent is what I relied on.

How: email hello@eminyusifov.com. One email, no form, no ticket number. I answer within a month, usually much sooner, and it costs nothing. If you are unhappy with how I handled it, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) or to the authority in your own EU country.

Terms

What the service is

You enter your website address and your email. An automated system opens your site, screenshots it, reads it, and sends what it found to an AI model, which returns an analysis and two redesign concepts for your first screen.

This is an automated analysis, not a consultation. No human reviews your site before the report is generated. It is a machine’s opinion produced in about a minute — a starting point, not professional advice to act on blindly. If you want a human opinion, that is the paid work at the bottom of the pricing table.

What you can buy

Free — a score out of 100, your three biggest problems, two blurred previews.
€19 — every finding, annotated screenshots, both redesign directions in full with their HTML files, and a PDF.
€49 — the same two first screens drawn as images and checked over, two revisions on your notes, and everything in the €19 tier.
From €490 — actual design work, agreed by email under a separate agreement.

Prices are final: you pay exactly the amount shown, and nothing is added at checkout.

The HTML files, which come with the €19 tier, are yours to use, modify and publish on your own site. You may not resell them as a product or pass them off as a template of your own.

The site you enter must be yours

You may only submit a website you own or are authorised to act for. Do not point this tool at a competitor, an ex-client, or a site you merely find interesting: the service opens it, screenshots it, and sends those screenshots to a third-party AI. If you had no right to do that, that is on you. I may block any address or refuse any request without explanation. Automated bulk use, scraping and resale of the output are not allowed.

Payment and access

You pick €19 or €49 and get a Revolut payment link. Payment happens on Revolut, not on my site; I never see your card details. When the money arrives I unlock your report by hand — same link, more content. This normally takes a few minutes. I am one person in the Madrid timezone, so a purchase at 3 a.m. may take until morning; it will always be within 24 hours.

Your right of withdrawal

You are buying digital content delivered immediately. Under Spanish consumer law (art. 103 TRLGDCU, implementing EU Directive 2011/83) the usual 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium when performance began with your prior express consent, you acknowledged that you would lose the right, and you received confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

That is what happens here. Before paying you tick a box confirming you want immediate access and accept losing the withdrawal right, and when your access opens I email you a confirmation of the purchase — what you bought, the price, and the link — to the address you gave. Once the report is unlocked the service is fully performed, and there are no refunds for changing your mind. Disliking the advice or disagreeing with the score is a matter of opinion, and opinion is not a defect.

But if it did not work, it did not work. Email me within 14 days and I refund in full if your access never opened, the report is empty or truncated, the PDF or HTML files are missing or corrupt, or the analysis is plainly about a different website than the one you submitted. I will fix it or refund it — your choice, no argument, no form.

What I don’t promise

The service is provided as it is. I do not promise the analysis is complete or right about your particular business, that following it improves your conversions or rankings, that the automated browser renders every site correctly, that the AI never gets anything wrong, or that the service runs without interruption. The redesigns are concepts: not tested, not accessibility-audited, not browser-tested, not production code. Review them before putting them on a live site.

Liability

I work alone and the prices here are €19 and €49. To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for anything connected with this service is capped at the amount you actually paid me. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost business, lost data, lost time, or damage from decisions made on the basis of an automated report. Nothing here limits liability Spanish law does not allow to be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Spanish law applies and the courts of Madrid have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU this does not remove the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer rules. The EU online dispute resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025, so there is no link to it; in Spain you can turn to the Junta Arbitral de Consumo, though I am not adhered to the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo, so arbitration would need my agreement case by case.

Qué datos recojo

Cuando lanzas un análisis en api.eminyusifov.com/check/: tu correo electrónico, la dirección web que introduces, capturas y textos de esa web tomados por un navegador automatizado, tu dirección IP y datos básicos de la petición (solo para evitar abusos), y el propio informe.

Si compras algo veo lo que Revolut me muestra: normalmente un nombre, un importe y una fecha. Nunca veo tu tarjeta. Nada más: sin cuenta, sin contraseña, sin perfil, sin seguimiento por otras webs.

Para qué, y con qué base

Correo, dirección web, capturas, informe — para producir y entregarte lo que has pedido. RGPD art. 6.1.b, ejecución de un contrato.
IP y datos de la petición — para evitar abusos. Art. 6.1.f, interés legítimo.
Registros de pago — para la contabilidad que exige la ley española. Art. 6.1.c.

No uso tu correo para una newsletter. Si algún día quiero hacerlo, te lo preguntaré antes.

La parte de la IA: léela

Tus capturas y los textos extraídos se envían a Google Gemini para analizarlos y generar las propuestas de rediseño. Uso el plan gratuito de Google AI Studio. En ese plan Google se reserva el derecho de usar el contenido enviado para mejorar sus productos, incluida la revisión humana de muestras. Es la política de Google, no la mía, y en un plan gratuito no se puede desactivar.

Por eso: no analices una web con material confidencial, trabajo privado de clientes, o algo detrás de un login que no quieras que vea un tercero. Esta herramienta está pensada para webs públicas. Google trata datos fuera del EEE, incluido Estados Unidos, bajo sus propias condiciones y garantías de transferencia.

Dónde se guardan y cuánto tiempo

Todo se almacena en un servidor en Alemania, alquilado a Hetzner Online GmbH.

Informe, capturas, textos extraídos — 12 meses, después se borra.
Correo asociado a un informe — lo mismo que el informe.
Registros de IP y antiabuso — 30 días.
Registros de pago y facturación — el plazo que exige la normativa fiscal española, 4 años los fiscales y 6 los mercantiles.

Sobre el enlace a tu informe

Tu informe vive en una dirección del tipo api.eminyusifov.com/check/r/XXXXXXXX. No hay contraseña: el enlace en sí es la protección. Es largo y aleatorio, y la página lleva noindex, así que los buscadores no la indexan.

Pero cualquiera que tenga el enlace puede abrir el informe. No lo publiques. Si un enlace se filtra, escríbeme y borro el informe.

Analítica

Umami, alojado en mi propio servidor. Sin cookies, sin datos personales, sin seguirte a ningún otro sitio. Me dice cuánta gente abrió una página. Por eso no hay banner de cookies: no hay nada que consentir.

Quién más toca tus datos

Hetzner Online GmbH (alojamiento, Alemania) · Google (Gemini, el análisis) · Revolut (pagos). Nadie más. No vendo datos ni los cedo con fines publicitarios.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedirme acceso a lo que tengo sobre ti, rectificación, supresión, portabilidad, limitación del tratamiento, oposición al tratamiento basado en interés legítimo, o retirar el consentimiento cuando sea la base usada.

Cómo: escribe a hello@eminyusifov.com. Un correo, sin formularios ni números de ticket. Respondo en un mes, normalmente mucho antes, y es gratis. Si no te convence cómo lo he gestionado, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) o ante la autoridad de tu país de la UE.

Términos

Qué es el servicio

Introduces la dirección de tu web y tu correo. Un sistema automático abre tu web, la captura, la lee y envía lo encontrado a un modelo de IA, que devuelve un análisis y dos propuestas de rediseño para tu primera pantalla.

Es un análisis automático, no una consultoría. Ninguna persona revisa tu web antes de generar el informe. Es la opinión de una máquina producida en aproximadamente un minuto: un punto de partida, no un consejo profesional que aplicar a ciegas. Si quieres una opinión humana, eso es el trabajo a medida del final de la tabla de precios.

Qué se puede comprar

Gratis — puntuación sobre 100, tus tres problemas principales, dos vistas previas difuminadas.
19 € — todos los hallazgos, capturas anotadas, las dos direcciones de rediseño maquetadas con sus archivos HTML, y un PDF.
49 € — esas mismas dos primeras pantallas dibujadas como imagen y revisadas, dos rondas de cambios según tus notas, y todo lo del nivel de 19 €.
Desde 490 € — trabajo real de diseño, acordado por correo con un contrato aparte.

Los precios son finales: pagas exactamente el importe indicado y no se añade nada en el momento del pago.

Los archivos HTML, incluidos ya en el nivel de 19 €, son tuyos: puedes usarlos, modificarlos y publicarlos en tu propia web. No puedes revenderlos como producto ni presentarlos como plantilla propia.

La web que introduces tiene que ser tuya

Solo puedes enviar una web de tu propiedad o para la que estés autorizado a actuar. No apuntes esta herramienta a un competidor, a un excliente ni a una web que simplemente te parezca interesante: el servicio la abre, la captura y envía esas capturas a una IA de terceros. Si no tenías derecho a hacerlo, la responsabilidad es tuya. Puedo bloquear cualquier dirección o rechazar cualquier solicitud sin dar explicaciones. No se permite el uso masivo automatizado, el scraping ni la reventa del resultado.

Pago y acceso

Eliges 19 € o 49 € y recibes un enlace de pago de Revolut. El pago ocurre en Revolut, no en mi web; nunca veo los datos de tu tarjeta. Cuando llega el dinero desbloqueo tu informe a mano — mismo enlace, más contenido. Normalmente tarda unos minutos. Soy una sola persona en horario de Madrid, así que una compra a las 3 de la madrugada puede esperar a la mañana; siempre dentro de 24 horas.

Tu derecho de desistimiento

Estás comprando contenido digital de entrega inmediata. Según el artículo 103 del TRLGDCU (que traspone la Directiva 2011/83/UE), el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días no se aplica al contenido digital sin soporte material cuando la ejecución ha comenzado con tu consentimiento previo y expreso, has reconocido que pierdes ese derecho, y has recibido confirmación del contrato en soporte duradero.

Es lo que ocurre aquí. Antes de pagar marcas una casilla confirmando que quieres acceso inmediato y que aceptas perder el derecho de desistimiento, y cuando se abre tu acceso te envío por correo la confirmación de la compra —qué has comprado, el precio y el enlace— a la dirección que diste. Una vez desbloqueado el informe el servicio queda ejecutado y no hay devoluciones por cambiar de opinión. Que el consejo no guste o que no estés de acuerdo con la nota es una cuestión de opinión, y una opinión no es un defecto.

Pero si la cosa no funcionó, no funcionó. Escríbeme en 14 días y te devuelvo el importe íntegro si tu acceso nunca se abrió, el informe está vacío o cortado, faltan el PDF o los archivos HTML o están corruptos, o el análisis es claramente de otra web distinta a la que enviaste. Lo arreglo o te devuelvo el dinero, como prefieras, sin discusión y sin formularios.

Qué no prometo

El servicio se presta tal cual. No prometo que el análisis sea completo ni que acierte con tu negocio concreto, que seguirlo mejore tus conversiones o tu posicionamiento, que el navegador automatizado renderice bien todas las webs, que la IA no se equivoque, ni que el servicio esté disponible sin interrupciones. Las propuestas de rediseño son conceptos: no están probadas, ni auditadas en accesibilidad, ni testadas en navegadores, ni son código de producción. Revísalas antes de ponerlas en una web en producción.

Responsabilidad

Trabajo solo y los precios aquí son de 19 € y 49 €. En la máxima medida que permita la ley, mi responsabilidad total por cualquier cosa relacionada con este servicio se limita al importe que efectivamente me hayas pagado. No respondo por daños indirectos o consecuenciales: lucro cesante, pérdida de negocio, de datos, de tiempo, ni daños derivados de decisiones tomadas a partir de un informe automático. Nada de lo anterior limita la responsabilidad que la ley española no permite limitar, incluidos la muerte o los daños personales por negligencia, el dolo, y tus derechos imperativos como consumidor.

Ley aplicable y conflictos

Se aplica la ley española y son competentes los juzgados de Madrid. Si eres consumidor residente en la UE, esto no te priva de la protección de las normas imperativas de consumo de tu país. La plataforma europea de resolución de litigios en línea dejó de operar el 20 de julio de 2025, por lo que no hay enlace a ella; en España puedes acudir a la Junta Arbitral de Consumo, aunque no estoy adherido al Sistema Arbitral de Consumo, por lo que el arbitraje requeriría mi aceptación en cada caso.
